By using CargoScan (a MarketingLabAI product), you agree to the following terms.

Responsibility for uploaded documents

You warrant that you have the legal right to upload the document to CargoScan for processing. If the document contains personal data of third parties (for example, a contact person at the loading or unloading site), you, as the party who uploaded the document, are responsible for having a lawful basis for processing that data and for fulfilling your own obligations to inform such individuals in accordance with applicable data protection law. CargoScan processes this data solely on your instructions, acting as a technical data processor.

Payment

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for CargoScan's payments.

Disclaimer of warranties

CargoScan uses AI to extract data from documents and strives for high accuracy, but does not guarantee error-free results. Users are responsible for independently verifying critical data before making decisions based on it.

Limitation of liability

CargoScan is not liable for losses arising from data extraction errors, service downtime, or other technical failures, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page.
